Thank you Chris for the invaluable advice! I've started my own podcast as well (https://www.facebook.com/chinahipster) and this talk about the internet got me thinking about copyright. I haven't gotten totally ad-free yet but that should be the goal. I am a big fan of the Ottoman History Podcast and it motivates me every day to become a better academic.
