The Yayla

The Yayla is an internet radio program that explores the full range of Turkey's music past and present. In each episode, we feature a number of tracks representing a particular theme or genre. We'll throw in bits of historical and cultural context here and there, but it's really all about the music.

The Yayla is not currently available to stream from Turkey, because the hosting service Mixcloud does not have service in Turkey. Users in Turkish may be able to stream using a VPN.
